Who is Emotion Code For?

Emotion Code is a very simple process that releases trapped emotions from the body.  Emotion Code is for anyone who wants to releave their body of physical pain or is suffering from overwhelm or negative feelings.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please fill out the Intake Form before your appointment. 

You will want to drink some water so that your body is hydrated.  This will help to process the energy that will be moved during your session.

You will want to have a comfortable chair to sit in so that you can relax during your session.  All session will be help on the phone so you will be relaxing in your own home of office.

 

 

 

If I have a trauma that I want to heal, do I have to talk about it?

If there is something that you know has impacted you strongly that may be the underlying cause of what you are experiencing, you are more than welcome to bring it to your session.  You may disclose as much of it as you feel comfortable to your practitioner.  Often times you just have to put your attention on it, and that will be enough for the practitioner to test if there are any stored energies or emotions about the event. It has been our experience that we have yet to find someone that doesn’t experience any shifts.  That doesn’t mean they always knew they were experiencing changes and shift.  For some people it is subtle or builds with each session, and for others they experience immediate change with each session.  Even if you do not feel a difference, often others around you can see and feel it.

 

 

 

 

What do you mean by "Process the energy"

You may have been living with your emotional baggage (traumas, stress or abuse) for a long time, so it’s important to let your body lead the way when is comes to releasing the trapped negative energy.

When an emotion is released though Emotional Release Therapy, the body is finally allowed to go through a Processing Period – or healing period, which usually lasts for a day or two.

About 20% of the time, people will notice “symptoms” of processing, such as: emotional sensitivity, crying, sleeplessness, a need for more sleep, vivid dreams, mild headache, or fatigue.  Very rarely, an exacerbation of physical or emotional symptoms occurs, but like all processing it should last only about a day or two at most.

At the end of your appointment, your practitioner will inquire how long your body wants to process the changes that arose from the session.  This Processing Period may coincide with one or more mild yet noticeable symptoms, or not.

Most people tend to feel lighter and happier after an emotional release.  If this doesn’t occur right after the release, it usually occurs after the Processing Period is completed.

What is an Inherited Emotion?

An inherited trapped emotion is simply a bit of emotional energy that is received from a parent at the moment of conception.  It comes along with all the other DNA and physical material – in the egg if it’s from your mother and in the sperm if it’s from your father.

There is a difference between “Inherited emotions” and “Absorbed emotions”.

Inherited trapped emotions cannot become trapped at any point after you are conceived, just as you cannot inherit any genetic trait after you’ve already been conceived.

After conception and at any other point in your life, you can absorb a trapped emotion from another person, including a family member, but that is called an “Absorbed emotion.”  That is when someone else generates an emotion and you absorb that energy into your body.  Both inherited and absorbed emotions can become part of the Heart-Wall.

Inherited trapped emotions can go back multiple generations.  We can help you detect and release both inherited and absorbed emotions.

What is a Heart Wall?

The term Heart-Wall defines unresolved, unprocessed and trapped emotions carried around the heart.  It is estimated that 93% of the human population have a literal wall of negative energy surrounding the heart, made of multiple layers of trapped emotional energy.

The Heart-Wall is created by the subconscious mind in order to protect the heart from grievous injury, and it’s a good thing we have this protective mechanism when we need it.  The problem is that having a Heart-Wall is like living in a bomb shelter – it’s nice to have its protection while the bombs are falling, but if you have it forever you’ll end up feeling disconnected and unfulfilled!

Can Releasing emotions help me with my addiction?

Yes!  We have seen amazing results when working with clients who have addictions.  We believe this is because most of the time addictions aren’t a problem; they are usually someone’s solution.

People tend to abuse drugs/alcohol/coffee/food/porn etc. because it helps relieve whatever pain they may be in and don’t want to feel (i.e. underlying trapped emotions).  Once clearing someone’s trapped emotions, the underlying cause of the addiction is released.

Does it work for everyone?

It has been our experience that we have yet to find someone that doesn’t experience any shifts.  That doesn’t mean they always knew they were experiencing changes and shift.  For some people it is subtle or builds with each session, and for others they experience immediate change with each session.  Even if you do not feel a difference, often others around you can see and feel it.
